  • You own all the financial data you enter. We just provide the tools to manage it.
  • We offer a 7-day free trial (no credit card required), then a subscription (monthly or annual) that includes every feature.
  • You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period — but charges are non-refundable. The free trial is your evaluation window.
  • We are not a financial advisor. Use our tool for informational purposes and consult a professional for advice.
  • Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every query is scoped to your workspace. We don't sell your data.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ZeroDue ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, you may not use the Service.

2. Who We Are

The Service is operated by Mayuri Chitgope, doing business as ZeroDue ("we", "us", "our"), located in Mason, OH 45040, United States. The Service is provided at https://getzerodue.com and its subdomains.

3. Our Service

ZeroDue is a financial management platform that helps you track your finances, manage debts, and achieve your financial goals.

4. User Accounts & Workspaces

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for all activity in your account and "Workspace" (the secure environment where your data resides). You can invite other users to your Workspace, and as the owner, you are responsible for their access.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start a trial.
  • Subscription: After the trial, continued access requires a subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Cancellation & No Refunds: All charges are non-refundable — the 7-day free trial is your evaluation window. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription; cancelling stops future charges, and your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. 6. Your Content & Responsibilities

You own all the data you enter into the Service. You are responsible for its accuracy and for using the Service lawfully. Do not use ZeroDue for illegal activities, to upload malicious code, or to infringe on the rights of others.

7. Important Financial Disclaimer

ZeroDue is not a financial advisor, broker, or tax advisor. The Service is for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroDue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
