ZeroDue is a financial management platform that helps you track your finances, manage debts, and achieve your financial goals.

3. User Accounts & Workspaces

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for all activity in your account and "Workspace" (the secure environment where your data resides). You can invite other users to your Workspace, and as the owner, you are responsible for their access.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start a trial.
Subscription: After the trial, continued access requires a subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis.
Cancellation: You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5. Your Content & Responsibilities

You own all the data you enter into the Service. You are responsible for its accuracy and for using the Service lawfully. Do not use ZeroDue for illegal activities, to upload malicious code, or to infringe on the rights of others.

ZeroDue is not a financial advisor, broker, or tax advisor. The Service is for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroDue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
